Shipping and Tracking

At 2FDeal we ship worldwide from our warehouses and work with reliable carriers to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This page explains how long delivery takes, which shipping methods are available, and how to track your package.

1. Estimated Delivery Time

Your estimated delivery time is calculated with a simple formula:

Estimated delivery time = Product shipping time + Estimated shipping time of your chosen shipping method

Public holidays and weekends are excluded when calculating the estimated delivery time. Delivery estimates are based on average shipping times — actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance in your country and is not guaranteed.

2. Product Shipping Time (Dispatch Time)

2FDeal has five types of products regarding how quickly they leave our warehouse:

Type	Description
24 HRS	Item is in stock at our warehouse and ready to dispatch within 24 working hours after payment is received. We hand the package to the carrier as soon as it is ready.
Normal	Item will be ready to ship within 3–14 business days after payment is received.
Pre-Order	Product has been released and is in production. The shipping time is indicated on the product page. Pre-order to save money and hold an earlier position in the shipping queue.
Coming-Soon	Product is about to be released. We list it early so you can learn about it and discuss it. Status will change once officially released — subscribe on the product page to get notified.
Sourcing On Demand	We source the product for you on request. Dispatching can take up to 14 business days in total: 7 business days to confirm whether we can find the product, then another 7 business days to process the order. These are generally older or harder-to-find products, so we cannot guarantee availability. If we cannot find the product, we will notify you within 7 business days after payment and issue a refund.

3. Important Notes

1) While we always try to indicate the most accurate shipping time, the final dispatch time may change due to supply chain complexity. We strive to ship before the deadline.
2) We recommend placing separate orders for products with different shipping times. If you mix them in one order, your order's shipping time is determined by the longest-shipping-time product in the entire order.
3) All timing starts only after payment is completed, and after you provide any necessary materials if requested for large orders.
4) If we can ship two or more of your orders at the same time, we will combine them into one package when possible. Let us know if you prefer them shipped separately.
5) We may split an order to send out ready products first, with or without notification. Let us know if you do not want your order to be split.

4. Shipping Methods from China Warehouse

Orders are fulfilled from our China warehouse. All-inclusive pricing applies to the methods marked “tax free” — duties and customs handling are covered, with no extra payment on delivery. For EU orders, VAT is already included in the price shown at checkout.

5. Free Shipping Conditions

6. Worldwide Express (DHL, EMS)

For faster delivery, we also offer worldwide express shipping via DHL and EMS. An extra shipping fee based on the package weight applies. Please note that duties generated by local customs for express shipping are paid by the customer — make sure you are able to handle customs clearance before choosing this method.

7. Bonded Warehouse Shipping

Items labeled “Ships from Bonded Warehouse” are fulfilled from our bonded warehouse: view bonded warehouse products.

Bonded Warehouse Express — $12, delivery in 10–20 business days. Track via 17track.net.
