Payment Methods

2FDeal securely accepts the following payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment channels.

1. Credit Card

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and JCB. Please note:

• Some banks do not support online purchases. In that case, the billing name on your invoice may appear as a different name rather than 2FDeal (such as IMAXSHOPS.COM, yolaclothing, or pipoclothing, or others). This is normal.
• To lower the risk of bank refusal, our payment agent allows a maximum of 3 successful payments within 24 hours. If you are placing repeat orders, please arrange them to match this restriction.
• Credit card payments may fail — usually because the bank refused the transaction or the payment channel was abnormal. Bank refusals are generally caused by the card issuer considering the transaction risky. Please contact your bank to cancel this restriction and resolve the payment failure.

3D Validation (3DS)

To enhance cardholder security, a 3D verification step has been implemented. When making a payment, you may be asked to complete one of the following verification methods: fingerprint, SMS verification, or facial recognition. Please complete this additional layer of protection to finish your transaction.

Payment Caveats

1) If a payment fails, please do not keep retrying — contact our customer service at support@2fdeal.com right away.
2) Please make sure your credit card limit is sufficient to cover your order.
3) Please make sure your shipping and billing address is complete and detailed, so your bank can approve the payment request.
4) If a credit card payment fails, contact your card issuer to check whether additional authorization is required (inform the cardholder of the most recent failed order).
5) After multiple failed attempts, you may need to wait 24 hours before trying again.

2. 2FDeal Wallet

The 2FDeal Wallet lets you buy 2FDeal products without entering further payment details on every order.

3. Local Payment Methods

PayU	Czech Republic	PayU is a fintech company (founded 2002, headquartered in Hoofddorp, Netherlands) that provides payment technology to online merchants, allowing web and mobile payments.
iDEAL	Netherlands	Pay directly from your bank account via the mobile banking app or online banking environment. iDEAL is a reliable, secure, and easy online transfer method.
EPS	Austria	Pay in EUR with all Austrian banks supported. Refunds available within one year, real-time transactions, easy operation. Trading limit: from 1 EUR, no upper limit.
Bancontact	Belgium	Formerly known as Mister Cash — Belgium’s most popular online payment method. EUR is the only acceptance currency; min. 1 EUR per transaction, no maximum. Direct refunds and mobile payment supported, 365-day refund limit.
OXXO	Mexico	Pay bills and online purchases in-store with cash. You receive a voucher with a reference number, then bring it to an OXXO store to complete the cash payment.
POLi	Australia, New Zealand	Online payment system by POLi Payments Pty Ltd (Melbourne, Australia), now part of SecurePay Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of Australia Post.
